Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. Every figure on this site links to its source precisely so you can check it — if one does not hold up, we want to know.

Pad & Pace is an online publication. There is no storefront, no showroom and no phone line — we do not sell anything directly, so there is nothing to visit. Email is the whole support channel and it is read.
Especially useful
- A specification that does not match.Manufacturers revise these quietly. If a number on our page disagrees with the manufacturer’s page today, send the link and we will update the figure and its date.
- A model we should be tracking.Especially one that publishes a decibel figure — those are rare and we want all of them.
- A fit question we have not answered. If you measured a gap and cannot tell from our tables whether something fits it, that is a gap in the tables, not in you.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell these machines, so we cannot help with an order, a delivery, a return or a warranty claim — those go to the retailer or the manufacturer. And nothing here is medical or fitness advice; nobody at Pad & Pace holds a credential to give it. More on who we are and are not.
